EDEN BEACH CLUB
The Eden Beach Club by Developer Satterley Property Group & Ocean Springs Pty Ltd (JV), was designed by DMG Architecture to provide a community facility for the local residents to enjoy.
The building comprises of 2 levels, is located in the coastal suburb of Jindalee and features uninterrupted views of the ocean.
The upper street level contains a restaurant/tavern, whilst the lower level accommodates a takeaway kiosk direct to the public and a storeroom to be used by Surf Lifesaving WA. Public amenities have also been incorporated into the lower level.
The development is currently under construction with practical completion estimated for 1st December 2018
