DMG was engaged by client AGEM Property Group to design a commercial development on the corner of Banks Avenue and Monkhouse Way in Hillarys.  The Hillarys Plaza is a 2 level convenience centre which will accommodate a diverse mix of national and local tenancies including complimentary food and beverage, commercial service operators, medical and office spaces. The Westfield Whitford City redevelopment is positioned across the road from the specialty centre providing tenants with an estimated 220,000 per trade area.

Construction of the development is due to be complete by October 2019.
