Lindsay is a Registered Architect, Registered Builder and the Principal of DMG, which he established in 2001. Lindsay has gained his professional experience across a number of large architectural practices and he has significant design, construction and project management experience. A sample of Lindsay’s most recent projects include a suite of apartment developments; 'Oracle', Perth, 'The Cove', North Fremantle, 'Azure' & 'Radius', Rockingham and 'Monarc', Highgate, 1008 Hay Street a commercial office building in the Perth CBD, Crown Perth VIP Mansions, Pool Redevelopment and Day Spa, AQUA Resort in Busselton, and a number of local luxury private residences.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER
Dan is DMG's Commercial Manager and has over ten years' experience within the construction industry. His experience spans across a variety of sectors including luxury and grouped dwellings, multi-unit sites, industrial and commercial developments. Dan has a senior role within DMG which involves overseeing all construction project staff to ensure projects are delivered on program, on budget and to a high standard. He is responsible for maintaining client relationships throughout the durations of projects, liaising with consultants, sub-contractors and the local authorities. Dan's recent project experience includes the Tradewinds Hotel Refurbishment, 'The Cove', 'Portview' and 'Altona Street' apartments, a Perth CBD office extension as well as industrial facilities for Ford & Doonan, ThyssenKrupp Materials Handling and Bonnie Rock Transport.

Colm Donnelly
Architecture Manager
Colm is DMG's Architecture Manager. He has over ten years' experience in the industry, completing his Bachelor of Architecture in 2007 and Masters in 2010. Colm has been employed with DMG for 7 years and during this time has gained valuable experience in project management and construction through exposure to a diverse range of design & construct based projects - including high rise apartment buildings, commercial and industrial facilities, interior fit-outs and high-end private dwellings. His responsibilities at DMG are vast, leading numerous major projects through coordination of all parties to ensure their delivery on program and budget. He also manages the DMG architecture team, mentoring staff and setting project deliverables. Colm's recent project experience includes the 'Oracle' and 'Radius' Apartments, 1008 Hay Street, Perth and 1120 Hay Street, West Perth commercial office buildings, Neptune Marine facility and numerous high end residential dwellings in the South West region.

Suzanne Tiverios
Interior Design Manager
Suzanne is DMG's Interior Design Manager. Suzanne has over 15 years’ experience in interior design across the commercial, retail, hotel and residential sectors. She has played an integral part in the design and completion of a number of commercial fit-outs, luxury residential projects and hotels in Australia and abroad. Working on a wide range of projects from small-scale, individual dwellings, to corporate award winning office fit-outs has provided her with invaluable knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and successfully manage projects to their completion. A sample of Suzanne's recent project experience includes the refurbishment of the Tradewinds Hotel, apartment room & lobby designs for The Cove (North Fremantle), Azure (Rockingham), Portview (North Fremantle) and Lumen (West Perth) apartments, the DMG Office fit-out and a number of luxury homes in the south-west region.

Olivia Moffitt
HR Manager
Olivia Moffitt is the HR Manager at DMG and is integral to the day to day running of the practice.  She has over 10 years experience in the business and HR industries since completing a Bachelors degree in Commerce at the University of Western Australia.  Olivia has a passion for ensuring DMG retains its strong company culture. Her main focus is on staff training, career planning, recruitment, office equipment and resourcing requirements, and ensuring staff follow policies and procedures and maintain safety standards.
